Really? So, you live the same lifestyle as them that you say that? You're the same person exactly as HBC or Tim? True love does very much exist, many 'normal' everyday people will tell you that. I have friends who have been with their husbands from the age of 16/17 and are still very much in love now, some 25 years later. My parents have been together over 50 years, married for 48. Both sets of my grandparents were married until they died too

I don't doubt that love exists. Of course it does. I just find it hard to believe that true love exists. All the marriages I've ever seen were just people tolerating each other.

For normal people, it's tough to get divorced the way famous people do. Normal people have way too much equity and work put into the marriage and to just divorce would be financially catastrophic.

Nice to hear that the people you listed are in good marriages. But don't take everything at face value.

You're right, I don't know what goes on behind closed doors, but I grew up with these friends so know that they don't put up with any nonsense. I do know what's gone on with my parents during the toughest time they've had to face, and I still wonder how they made it through. You're right, anyone who works at a relationship isn't going to want to just walk away, but too many people these days will just walk away rather than put the effort in. I did wonder if your comment was tongue in cheek! 
