Michael Biehn is the only actor to play a Navy Seal in 3 different movies: The Abyss, Navy Seals and The Rock.

Doubt it. Probably well know movies though.

What makes you doubt it? I don't even know of any other actors who have played a Navy SEAL in 2 different movies.
