Medical investigator rules Baldwin set shooting an accident

Of course there was "no obvious intent to cause harm" on Alec's part. That's obvious. Someone (or more than 1 person) is still responsible though for bringing live rounds onto the set and loading the gun with them.
shareit sure is taking a long time to charge someone.
shareFor sure.
shareThe issue is it's probably not clear who brought the live rounds. The gun wrangler was clearly negligent, but she was also inexperienced and probably not fit for the job which likely complicates issues as there may not be a clear paper trail.
At the end, it was an accidental death and the parties are all known, it's simply about putting together the pieces. That takes time and good police work isn't always quick and easy.
I'm still betting on Alec for that one.
shareThat's the thing. Obviously the shooting was an accident, he didn't intend to kill his cinematographer and tank his career!
It's just an accident that couldn't have happened, without a thousand kinds of legally actionable negligence leading up to it.
I hope the family sues Alec for all he's worth
shareDo you agree that what will harm him the most is the fact that he lied about pulling the trigger? His claim that the gun malfunctioned was ridiculous and has been disproven by the FBI who tested the gun. He lost all credibility when he lied about that.
shareNo surprise there.
shareMan, this guy sounds sharp. He taking new clients? I stabbed this guy twice in the face and he's convinced it was deliberate.
