Judy Garland?

I can't imagine a worse choice to play Judy Garland. Judy had an open expressive face, with big brown eyes. RZ has a sour face with little squinty eyes. Her voice is also not nearly good enough either. What are they thinking? Is there such a dearth of talent in Hollywood that they had to make this poor choice?
