2014 car accident caused perminent brain damage?

This is an odd post, considering I used to adore Woods's acting abilities. However, his behavior over the last decade has been increasingly getting worse and worse and even resulted in him being supposedly blacklisted from Hollywood. I just discovered that he was involved in a 2014 car accident where his Jeep drove off a Colorado bridge and gave him a "severe concussion". It was around this time where he started going apeshit on Twitter and spreading alt-right conspiracies. He also hasn't appeared in a film since 2014. I honestly think the severe head injury at his age correlates to his career, or lack thereof, of the last few years. Thoughts?

There are no alt-right conspiracy theories anymore. There are just maniacs running the world who hate regular people, want to kill off 75-80% of humanity, and enslave the remaining members society that they don't view as fitting into their "god" class. Sick, sick people are running the world. Turn off the mainstream news that you are watching, and open your eyes. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to see what is happening (all over the world) right before your eyes! Wake up!

I don't know anything about the car-wreck but David Cronenberg and others who worked with Woods on VIDEODROME--and who are utterly complimentary of his work--describe him as acting like a real loon, even that far back (1983).

You know, stuff that nobody would have questioned before the lunatics took charge.

I've heard him express his conservative beliefs and call out a few people on their insanity but I have not heard anything "crazy" from him. It really is another case of "if you don't accept the Word of the Left then thou art evil, racist, and crazy"

I remember Woods going wacky right after 9/11. He made a big story of himself being on the same plane with the lead AL Qaeda terrorists conducting a test run on the same flight months before the actual attack. After it happened he converted to Neoconism and shilled for the Iraq War much in the same manner as fellow former liberal actor Ron Silver.
