Folks Who Are Jerks To Work With In Entertainment

There are many.

One site has a list of the "Eight Most Demanding Hollywood Stars," and amazingly Bruce Willis isn't among them. Their list is:1. Katherine Heigl
2. Teri Hatcher -- called "The meanest woman in the world."
3. Lindsay Lohan
4. Val Kilmer
5. Shia LaBeouf
6. Jennifer Lopez
7. Mike Myers
8. Lea Michele

Another site, which deals with celebrities in general:1. Val Kilmer
2. Mike Myers
3. Katherine Heigl
4. Gwyneth Paltrow
5. Russell Crowe
6. Edward Norton
7. Steven Seagal "Between outright fabrications about his own life and kicking random guys between the legs on set, what’s not to love."
8. James Cameron
9. Kanye West
10. Sharon Stone
11. Charlie Sheen
12. Madonna
13. Lindsay Lohan
14. Mariah Carey
15. Christian Bale
16. Jennifer Aniston
17. Jennifer Lopez
18. Beyoncé
19. Teri Hatcher
20. Shia LaBeouf

Personally, I think Steven Seagal beats all I've ever seen, heard, or heard of. But another site said that Chevy Chase was banned from SNL. He must be a real sweetheart.

Point being that there are lots of actors and actresses (Teri Hatcher got two mentions as the meanest woman ever) who aren't just temperamental, but back-stabbing or physically violent. And if you go clicking through sites like this, you see that the REALLY bad cases have ruined their careers by being completely impossible to work with. Val Kilmer and Mike Myers are two that are mentioned in that category.

Not that this is going to stop the "Bruce Willis is the worst person in the world" people, but it does give some perspective.

What DID happen with Woody Allen? Even that one link that got posted over and over, with the one source who quoted an unnamed source on the set didn't really get specific about who dumped whom. And since Woody actually prefers people to ad lib, the story that Willis "didn't know his lines" isn't credible, so what little the story did reveal is called into question.

BTW, it sounds like Woody Allen is a passive/aggressive emotional basket case -- which is also sort of well-known in Hollywood.Russell also got into a fistfight with George Clooney on set of Three Kings in 98'. Why didn't he make the list? Because there are so many people who are jerks in Hollywood that no list can be comprehensive -- which was my point.

You guys are going on with your, "OH. MY. WORD! Bruce Willis is temperamental! That NEVER happens! How could anyone POSSIBLY be a fan of his when he's been a jerk on a set????"

Because I'm not on the set. I watch the final product. And luckily, people weigh up the pros and cons, and just as with Woody, they decide it's worth working with him. Why? Because he's just that talented.

I guess that bugs you for some reason.

I really don't have a problem with Christian Bale either, but the fact that you're actually defending his behavior on the terminator set (which, by the way, is recorded and not just some speculation from a website) says worlds about you- specifically about your opinions on actors' on-set behavior. I don't see why I should take anything you have to say about Bruce Willis seriously.

I don't care what the guy did to Bale, nobody deserves to be spoken to like that over an accident. I don't hold it against him because I understand any human being can become unreasonable under certain conditions, but that's no reason to defend it.

Add Roger Waters to the list. Biggest ego in the entertainment business. He is utterly insane.
