In Much Ado About Nothing he was brilliant. It deserves to be in the Top 5.

Training Day for sure. I'd add Crimson Tide. I love that one. And since it's shot mostly inside a submarine, we are treated to endless close-ups of him. That guy's face was made for close-ups!!
