I believe John Travolta to be an excellent actor. He just needs the right film. His performances in Saturday Night Fever and Pulp Fiction were awesome. Even other films like Face/Off really showed his acting chops.

I really hope he gets another chance. With the right script and director, I think he can produce an Oscar worthy performance.

Anything’s possible, and he does have a hell of a career behind him, the legacy vote would be on his side.

He just needs a script where he's adopted a vertically-challenged lesbian from Ghana and she's dying of cancer and he finds his humanity crying over her hospital bed. Boom! Oscar on the way...
