Travolta's Best Performance

What do you think is John's best performance?
I'd say Chili Palmer in 'Get Shorty'.

I would almost agee because it was outstanding performance and he should have won the Oscar for that role as Chilli Palmer, however I still think his role as Tony Manero in Saturday Night Fever is still the one. One thing everyone forgets is that Travolta is in every scene in Fever (SNF)because everything is seen through his character's eyes. And as good as he was in Get Shorty, go and revist 1981's Blow Out. I think that is Travolta's most underrated work and his second best if not best perfomance as soundman Jack Terry. Travolta's Terry is not flashy like SNF's Tony Manero. He is just a hard working guy who wants to do the right thing and find the truth. Blow Out and his performance is an underrated gem that has gained a cult following over the years. This is the role that helped him get the role Vincent Vega in Pulp Fiction. Blow Out is one of Tarintino's all time favorite movies.

It was a close tie for me between Get Shorty and Pulp Fiction but for me his Chili Palmer is a little more interesting
