If ever a woman had a punchable face...

It's an unfortunate fact that some women are prone to effecting a particular facial expression which is so provoking that it almost invites a punch. (Note I said "provoking", not "provocative"). Charlize Theron is one such. She perpetually wears a supercilious smirk which is so relentlessly unpleasant that it's as if she actually practises it in front of a mirror. Her face is the kind of face that other women would sneer at if it was a man's face and call it a "typical haughty egotistical male."

There's nothing sillier than a woman, (or man), who makes up an unnatural expression to wear and then wears it all the time, thinking they look good...

reply

She does look rather pleased with herself in the photo doesn't she.

reply

Yes, and when all's said and done, there's not really all that much for her to feel pleased about. Very ordinary-looking woman.

reply

Jesus Christ, looked through your history, you’re so bitter. Are you an incel?

reply

Oh yes! That's me! An incel. Yep, you nailed it. Man, you're perceptive! So aware. So woke. Damn I wish I could get a girl, but I'd rather not because they're all shit and they bring you down, and they're all so perfect and they wouldn't want me anyway, etc etc etc....

reply

Well, I’m glad that you aren’t proud of it at least.

reply

lol...... that clown jinx, anyone that uses that word is one herself

reply

This site is full of hateful people that complain about everything. Just like they did at IMDb.

reply

Tell you one thing, when I look at a post where a guy says he wants to punch a woman in the face because of her expression, it isn't the woman that ends up looking like a psycho cunt.

reply

You ever wanted to punch some asshole guy in the face? I'm guessing that's a big Yes. So, what about an asshole woman? You never feel the need to restrain yourself from doing that? Truth, now.

reply

BE ACCURATE...ASK HIM IF HE EVER CHOSE A FEMALE CELEBRITY;WATCHED HER WORK,THEN STARTED A POST ON A MOVIE BOARD ABOUT PUNCHING HER FACE....

reply

And, Nana, saying that a woman has a punchable face is not the same as saying I would punch that woman in the face.

reply

Sure, but while there is a global epidemic of violence against women, I'd say it's better not to put that thought out there at all.

reply

A "global epidemic of violence against women", eh? Epidemic, eh? Hmmmmm.....

reply

87,000 women were killed in 2017 and 58% of them were victims of domestic violence. That's 137 women killed by their partners or relatives every day.

Maybe not an epidemic, but not a great look. Anything we can do to change the culture of violence against women has to be good right? Like not talking about their punchable faces maybe?

reply

So, you think that, because I say I saw a womean with a punchable face, that's a cause of domestic violence?

I see plenty of guys with punchable faces. Is that a cause of female to male domestic violence? Or isn't that a thing, in your opinion?

If somebody told you that you had a punchable face, would you claim that he's inciting violence against men?

The SJW's causes are full of flaws of logic. That's why they struggle to be successful.

reply

Nah, I’d hope you wouldn’t be advocating violence. It’s the bad attitude and lack of respect that you see online all the time, I don’t understand the trend.

What’s your real problem with her? A facial expression seems like a weak reason to create a thread like this.. How did Charlize hurt you? 😢

reply

how many men were killed in 2017?

reply

Your right and it is horrible and should never happen but unfortunately there are horrible people in the world and always will be.

Men are the stronger and more aggressive of the 2 sexes.

Violence against woman is always portrayed in these ways but never shows that men are 4 times more likely to die from violent attacks than woman. From other men i will admit but that again falls into the fact that men are the stronger and more aggressive of the two sexes. If woman were then you see them being the dominant violent aggressor.

What i don't like is a woman can punch a man and no one will say a word but i punch a woman and we get the following discussion, can't have equality only going one way. If you give it out prepare to receive the same treatment.

If i said that a particular male actor had a punchable face then i guarantee no one would have an issue with it, it is only because a woman is involved and for some reason the rules change, they shouldn't but they do.

There was even an experiment done in a park between a man and a woman (its on youtube) to see the reactions of the general public. When the man was being overly agrressive to the woman you had plenty of white knights jumping in to protect her but when the scenario was reversed and the woman was being aggressive no one did anything, some even laughed and said well he probably deserved it. The way we deem violence between the sexes is so one sided its ridiculous, same in this thread.

So i say there should be no probem saying what the OP has stated. Doesn't mean he is gonna do anything.

reply

THE WORDS YOU MISSED ARE MANNERS,DECENCY,MORALS,ETIQUETTE,MANY MORE...AS YOU SAY MEN ARE THE STRONGER AND MORE AGGRESIVE OF THE TWO SEXES...AS SUCH,MEN SHOULD FEEL A RESPONSIBILITY TO TREAT WOMEN DIFFERENTLY IN CERTAIN RESPECTS.

reply

No, i will treat everyone the same as they treat me, man or woman. There should be no preferential treatment for someone based on there sex.

If a woman walks upto me and starts punching me, i am going to defend myself and hit her back. But i guarantee they will all rush to her defence even though she is the aggressor and instigator, ive seen it happen in person.

Respect is earned not given.

reply

WE ALL GET IT..YOURE SLIGHTLY DERANGED...YOU DONT HAVE TO KEEP HAMMERING AWAY AT IT.

reply

Bananaman,

Source & Link on that 87,000 number you just bunted out there?

Here's a study you might find interesting, published in The American Journal of Public Health:

https://ajph.aphapublications.org/doi/abs/10.2105/AJPH.2005.079020

"Almost 24% of all relationships had some violence, and half (49.7%) of those were reciprocally violent. In nonreciprocally violent relationships (50.3%), women were the perpetrators in more than 70% of the cases."

Gee, in the reciprocally violent relationships, I wonder who starts hitting first?

Of course, all this doesn't really fit the 'women as victims' narrative these days, now does it?

If we really want to protect women from violence, apparently we need to do a better job of teaching women NOT to be violent themselves.

Here's one more for fun, concerning women and children, from the CDC:

https://www.cdc.gov/violenceprevention/pdf/childmaltreatment-facts-at-a-glance.pdf

'[for child maltreatment] In 2012, 54% of perpetrators were women and 45% of perpetrators were men.'

There's nothing like a mother's love, I guess; but odds are you're safer with dad.

reply

global epidemic of violence against women

is there? where?

in the muslim world, yes.... not the western

reply

That’s naive.

I don’t like threads by men about women with “punchable face” in the title. If you do, good luck to you.

reply

I seem to recall another thread about some male actor whom somebody suggested had a punchable face. Don't just recall who it was now, but I remember it didn't cause the slightest stir on the boards. Funny, that.

Tell you what - I'll bet dollars to donuts that if you asked a female member of the forums about it, the chances are fair that some of them would agree.

reply

This isn’t a stir, it’s one person opposing your bad attitude. You’re a big boy, you can handle it.

reply

Who said it was a stir? Takes more than that to stir me.

What it is, is one guy taking umbrage at someone else's comments not directed at him. Nana, I don't think you need to worry yourself on behalf of women everywhere, just because one guy says he thinks one gal has an annoying face. And you know that "punchable face" is merely a colloquialism, an epithet, which is commonly used to denote people whom one finds disturbing to look at. Especially one who puts herself out into the public gaze and contrives to present an expression that she's pleased to be recognised by, but which some people find irksome to look at.

It's what the expression says, Nana. In her case, it says, "I'm a smug, conceited bitch in movies who is so damn vain that I think I can afford to permanently wear this squinty-eyed, pursed-lip look and hold my mouth like I'm far superior to every other person out there who isn't a movie stars like me, and I just love being in movies because I get to pretend to be an invincible female who knows it all".

Get it now?

reply

Loud and clear Poppy. Loud and clear.

reply

It was the David Hogg thread. Liberals mass reported the post and had it taken down. Seems their Golden Boy can pop off but they don't want anything said about him in return.

reply

That's some keen background knowledge there for someone with 2 posts, second time around for you vit? I don't know who David Hogg is, and I don't want anyone to censor this post. Just having my say, it's not my fault if the OP gets his frilly little panties into a twist because I disagreed with the sentiment of his inane post.

Just between the two of us, my money would be on Charlize if he had the opportunity or guts to say this to her face. People tend to overestimate the size of their balls when they are bitching away behind the safety of a keyboard.

reply

Lol, Nana, nana, nana.......man, do yourself a favor and stop scoring home goals. You keep doing that and it makes you look, I dunno, dumb.

And buddy, it would take a fck of a lot more than your disagreement to get me out of the chair.

reply

I remember that too and I am pretty sure it's been deleted since then. I can't remember who it was either but I remember the person who posted the comment ranted about it being removed in the same thread.

reply

Really? Wow, I have always thought she is incredibly beautiful. Very goddess-like in my humble opinion 😊

reply

A goddess? Really? Which one, Medusa maybe?

If I was choosing a female diety, I'd pick someone like Rachel Riley. Or maybe Monica Belluci, (who after all spent some time with a real diety), then there's the Australian model Miranda Kerr, Alicia Vikander, the gorgeous robot; or going back a ways, I'd consider Grace Kelly, and definitely Natalie Wood.

But squinty-eyed, pursed-lipped whatsername? Nuh uh. She just thinks she's a diety.

reply

To each their own, but Medusa is a stretch. Charlize has a natural beauty many others wish they had. I find Alicia Vikander completely plain. Monica Belluci is definitely a goddess. What a stunner! I don't know who the other ones are.

reply

Yes, Monica Belluci is exceptional. She even looked wonderful in a movie in which she didn't smile once! Just her natural face and demeanour was lovely. Cf Theron, who always seems to be artificially holding her mouth just so, for effect, like one of those olde-timey models who had to hold themselves just right in order to look any good. No natural beauty at all. And the eyes never relax; always slightly slitted as if she's saying "Watch it! I don't take no shit!"

Very old-hat and boring.

The others, Grace Kelly and Natalie Wood, are outright legends of beautiful film stars. Shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as any others. :)

reply

Don't forget Audrey Hepburn :) I'm curious as to what you think of Michelle Pfeiffer? She has been the epitome of Goddess-like beauty for many people for years. Including me :)

reply

Well, Audrey Hepburn isn't from Earth, so her face is too beautiful to compare with Earth girls... :)

Michelle Pfeiffer is pretty, no question about that. But I've always found her looks to be a bit ephemeral. She rarely looks the same way twice. That's not to say she isn't beautiful, but her beauty is of the fragile kind.

reply

Heh, yes Audrey Hepburn has a very ethereal look :)

There was a study done about what makes a perfect face, I don't remember when but you can google it and find out. It was determined that Michelle Pfeiffer had the perfect face in relation to ratios. Interesting read :)

reply

I read something similar about Elizabeth Hurley. I don't see it myself, though.

reply

I don't either. I mean she is pretty for sure but perfect face is a bit of a stretch, in my opinion :)

reply

I agree with you. She’s always been an exceptionally beautiful woman. No idea where all this hate comes from.

reply

Well, different tastes for different people for sure :) Have you checked out her ads for Dior? Her videos and photos are extraordinary!
