Nose job after Action Jackson?
Watching it now, and it's definitely different. I think she may get have had her cheeks fine too. Looked good before, wasn't necessary.

Yep, her looks haven't drastically changed at all, but the truth is, even without any surgery, we all see changes to our facial features as we grow older, the most noticeable being, as you point out, the loss of baby fat to the cheeks.
The only think strikingly artificial about her is her (formerly brunette) hair. But very very few blondes, particularly Hollywood blondes, are natural.

I'd love to believe they were natural blondes, but you're right, the prettiest blondes usually are natural brunettes.
