they did an EP of law & order: SVU on this,
i believe stallone was uncredited as a consultant on that show

No, his ex wife said he was away with her at the time the attack was said to take place and police decided there was no evidence and he had an alibi. The Stallone actually filed official documents with police about the accusation being a lie.

seems pretty slimy yes they should have done jail time if they were guilty but obviously the girl didn't press charges. The bodyguard was killed in a police shootout wow!
