I always heard the term “Winning” but never really understood it

But now I realize it must have something to do with virulent microbes.

Which now causes me to ponder the question of who is more of a Winner: a man who had AIDS, or one who has led his country in the heart of an epidemiological apocalypse?

Cant answer that question until after the pandemic , then we'll see if the orange manchild "won" or ruined your country due to lust for $$$ and lifting quarantine early , or , and this is pretty unlikey , ruined the conomy by playing safe too long
