Oh but if Scorsese had said anything against DC you would be agreeing with him wouldn't you? Just admit it, you troll DC out of spite because of DC's superior villains, lol!

They have been releasing 3 per year for the last 3 years and will be releasing 4 in 2021. Maybe more once X-Men and F4 get developed

Besides, you're missing several key points. First of all, Scorsese never said that the MCU is ruining cinema. He is a lifelong artist who obviously thinks a lot about these things, don't oversimplify his point of view

He said that MCU movies are more of a "theme park" experience than they are "cinema". Obviously, it depends on how you define "cinema" since they do technically show in cinemas. But if you use context clues it's pretty obvious that he's using the term cinema in the way that writers use terms like "literary" to separate classics like, say, Ulysses from pop junk like the Da Vinci Code

And Scorsese said that it's fine if people want to watch superhero movies. He's not saying that people can't enjoy them from time to time. But he laments that theaters cater to these kinds of event movies over smaller movies that focus on character and story over explosions and one-liners. His point is even more nuanced than what I'm describing, certainly more nuanced than what you described

And, also, the MCU doesn't exist in a bubble. Yes, they only release 3-4 movies per year, but they have obviously had a huge influence on blockbusters. Imitators like WB, Sony, and Universal have attempted their own cinematic universes. All-in-all we get--what--10 superhero movies per year? At least? Plus Star Wars, Harry Potter, and whatever other B-tier property studios are trying to get off of the ground. It isn't purely the MCU's fault, but they are definitely leading the pack. I've noticed this phenomenon for years. I enjoy MCU movies, but the praise that they get is totally disproportionate to their actual quality. They are, for the most part, only slightly-above-average popcorn movies. Yet they dominate movie conversations as if they were much more. It just starts to feel kind of gross after a while

What's missing from all of this is the audience itself. The slate is a just reflection of what most people prefer. It's not like a studio decided to produce and cram big-budget CBMs down the throats of theatergoers. Like any other business, they're just meeting demand. I don't care for them nearly as much as the films these directors endorse, but I'm not most people. Even if the "theme park" approach was banned, those other films wouldn't be hits. People would just stay away and focus on any number of the many options of entertainment available to them today. The culture would have to change before people would demand "cinema" first, but I don't see that happening in the near future.

Well, they are not wrong per say. It's a bit radical as a view but it does make a point. Because what's actually killing cinema is the complete lack of originality that 90% of movies show nowadays. Marvel is, indeed, part of the problem.
