Adapting The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt? That could have been a great film (and so could have Theodore Rex).

A lot of projects have come and gone over the years.

At one time, he was to make a film about the Gucci empire, a film about the Transcontinental railroad building, a film about Alexander the Great, Dino (about the Rat Pack), Sinatra (about the Rat Pack), and the Teddy Roosevelt film. Plus, many other films, as well. There's just not enough years in a life, I guess.
