Making More Movies Now Then Ever Before!

I know a lot of people don't really rate Arnold as an actor but I would have to disagree, he is one of those gifted actors who has managed to balance his action and comedy movies, sometimes together and there aren't many actors who can manage that.

Since he finished being Governor of California in 2011(?), he had read scripts, made wise choices and he has even starred in some brilliant movies like Escape Plan, Sabotage and Maggie alongside the Expendables franchise, Last Stand and the easily forgettable Terminator: Genysis which was good but a huge misfire.

2017 looks like it's going to be another good year for Arnold with three to four movies being released this year including Aftermath, Why We're Killing Gunther, another movie which has a strange title to it and Blanco and it makes me think, why couldn't he have done this between 1997 to 2003 when he only starred in five movies and seemed to have almost abandoned movies but it's good to see him back and I hope he continues starring in the action and comedy movies for many more years to come.

I guess we have a different idea of brilliant. None of those movies were worth watching a second time.

And Aftermath looks like another dull, depressing movie - with no action and no comedy. I'll pass.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna watch Total Recall for the 20th time.

Quality > quantity. Which would you rather have: one Total Recall or 5 Maggies?

We are all entitled to our opinions and viewpoints and understandably we have a different interpretation of brilliant movies. I enjoyed his acting in Escape Plan, Sabotage and Maggie and it was good to see that he is at least stretching himself but I really look forward to 2017 and on because Arnie is definitely making up for lost time.

Until I have seen "Aftermath" and the "Gunther" movies, I will give him the benefit of the doubt and I wish he would hurry up and make the third "Conan" movie and the sequel to Twins called "Triplets", there are rumours that he will only make another Terminator movie if James Cameron is involved but this is just rumour and speculation.

Schwarzenegger hasn't made a good film since Eraser, and that wasn't perfect. His best work was with Cameron. because Cameron knew how to make him look good at least.
Also, the man, whom I once respected for his body building career and early movie career, should STOP treating women with disrespect. I mean, the guy had EVERYTHING. A great body building career, many sports related endorsements, a great movie career, a vast fortune, a great wife and family and a political career, and he threw all it out the window for his dalliances with other women while married, especially with the house maid. He got her pregnant while married to Maria! I used to think he was a great man. Not any more. Same goes for Bill Cosby.
