Anyway, I'd rather see him in interesting projects rather than bland, cookie cutter superhero or YA movies that seem to count as modern "blockbusters."
It pains me to see fantastic actors like Ben Kingsley, Donald Sutherland, or Philip Seymour Hoffman (Rip) wastes in these turgid paycheck movies. They look bored out of their minds reciting this banal dialogue in those charisma-less films that are for some reason popular. I would not wish that fate to befall Robbins.
