Never did. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Keanu in alot of his work. But to me he's always looked his age even when he was in his 20's in the 80's.

I can't say I agree. I don't think he's suspended aging or anything, but I think he looks better at 52 than many of his peers. Some, of course, have led hard lives or failed to take good care of themselves, but many others have not and still look older than Reeves. It's possible he's had expertly done plastic surgery, but it's also possible he's just been lucky in the gene pool.
Let's compare him to male entertainers born the same year, 1964, and let's use only images from 2016, to be as fair as we can.

There's a difference between looking good and not looking your age. Even if someone has minimal lines, you can tell that one's facial features have aged. By the surrounding eyes, the lips, the skin itself [not lines], etc. There's far more to someone's face than just lines.
Apply that with Keanu. He just looks 'old'. Which is not to say he looks bad. But seeing, say, Keanu in the late 2000's with no facial lines, compared to say, in his Matrix-days. You can still see he's aged despite both periods not having any noticeable lines.
It's just the aging of the facial features. The lines are just the tip of the iceburg.

He does not look younger than his years in my opinion. And it seems he spends very little time in the sun but his smoking and drinking made up for that.

as someone else mentioned- if you're going to make this argument go ahead and give some examples of 52 year old well known actors who appear to have aged as well as he has? I would be shocked if you could find someone in his generation who's been a star that long who has.
