HIS TRADEMARK BLAST

I don't understand when people say he became a YELLING actor after the GODFATHER. If certain folks would do their RESEARCH, they would learn, that's what made him APPEAL to the POWERS THAT BE, in the 1960's. From what I read MARTIN BREGMAN (his first manager), SIGNED him after seeing him in the play THE INDIAN WANTS THE BRONX, and all the RAGE that character had is what made MARTY fall in LOVE with Al's performance. Same thing with his first film director JERRY SCHATZBERG. Then a couple years later when he did DOES A TIGER WEAR A NECKTIE, that character also had a BOILING TEMPER, which is what made FRANCIS FORD COPPOLA share similar sentiments and want to WORK with AL. So not for nothing, the SCREAMING came waaaaaaay before the GF films, and it actually has served him in a POSITIVE way.
