The social justice types are still pushing this "wife-beater" narrative, despite Donya Fiorentino's claim being rejected by police and the courts... back in 2001! Oldman was fully investigated and cleared, never facing charges or even arrest. The pair's son was forced to put out a statement last year, reiterating Oldman's innocence, as well as the fact his father was awarded sole legal and physical custody.
That Oldman paid off the LAPD and the judge, and brainwashed his children into forgetting the "assault", seems to be the popular narrative on Twitter. It takes a serious level of denial/mental illness to believe that horse shit.
