Broken Flowers-- I saw it a couple of years after it came out and it made me a fan. He's also mentioned it's his favorite. :)

Wild Things-- Just saw this again recently. No one ever mentions this movie but I think it's a great performance. He steals every scene he's in. Might be the first movie where he says "MFers". LOL

PS If anyone wants to check it out, he's also very good in The Cradle Will Rock though his part is small. Great scenes with Joan Cusack.
