Is David Lynch a pervert?

It's interesting in the interview with Naomi Watts and David Lynch, she confesses how she did not want to do the masturbation scene, but Lynch made her keep going. (I'm sure several takes) She also had a bad stomachache during that shoot... But Lynch could care less.

Also Lynch selected Naomi based on her head shot photo, but when he first met her, he was so devastated because she didn't look attractive like in the photo - then told her to come back wearing make up! Sounds like she took so much abuse and harassment from him... It almost seems like it's true how you have to sleep with the director to get your career going...

Mulholland Dr. is clearly his own Hollywood experience...

It seems like he would direct adult films...

He is, but no more than the rest of us.

You mean Lynch couldn't care less, meaning he exhausted every effort to care or feel any pity for Watts during filming, or just didn't have any care in him for her plight. If he could care less then that means that he still had some ways to go in feeling absolutely no sympathy whatsoever for Watts.

Also it could have been worse for her, she could have been Shelley Duvall in The Shining 

He is perv, he is usually involved with his cast and make them do nasty things on screen, remember Twin Peaks where he kissed Madchen Amick. *beep* Perv, he made Isabella Rossellini parade naked in front of everyone in Blue Velvet, she was his GF at that time.

reply

He might be someone who truly doesn't seen any shame or embarrassment in anything. Then again, he does cast only incredibly attractive females.

He created "Audrey Horne" just from meeting Sherilyn and made her highly sexual.

Eh, I'd say he's human because that broad and others in his words are hot.

Naomi clearly respects and trusts Lynch as a director. She has worked with him on Rabbits and Twin Peaks since then. Make of this what you will.

In Blue Velvet, Jeffrey is asked if he is a detective or a pervert. I think Lynch is aware that we all have dark, sexual desires. It is maybe part of the human condition.

Just forget you ever saw it. It's better that way.

Sub par trolling effort.
