His voice was poorly dubbed in The Snowman due to his battle with throat cancer, are there any movies he made after Song to Song that use his real voice or are they all dubbed now.
shareI think Val should just pack it in now. He was one of my favorite actors in the '80s and '90s and it was always my wish to see him as Judge Holden in a Blood Meridian adaption, but after his illness, I just don't think he should continue to act. He's unrecognizable now.
shareWhat makes me sad about Val is that he probably would've been able to keep his voice had he received proper medical care sooner. But Val is really deep into Christian Science and instead of actual modern medicine he literally thought that the "power of prayer" would heel him.
