What do you think her best movie is?

Practical Magic. She is the star of that movie for me in an all-star cast, plus it's a movie I love watching.

Her best work is not in a movie, though To Die For is my favorite of her cinema efforts. Her best work is in the HBO series Big Little Lies, especially in Season 1, in her marriage counseling scenes. She took her acting to an entirely new level, and THAT was when she won me over as a fan. In Season 2, she went toe-to-toe with Meryl Streep (who I respect, but have never liked, because I can see the brain behind her eyes, constantly calculating, and I don’t sense much blood pumping through whatever she has for an actual heart), and she just bitch-slapped Streep all around that courtroom.
