About action movies, she's like a female Clint Eastwood to me.

Because let's be honest, action movie stars are about ''the look'' too.

When Milla looks to you furious, she seems like she'd want to dismember you with a fire axe before you can die... kinda like Eastwood in his prime.

That;s why I think that although the Resident Evil movies are coming to an end, she should keep being an action heroine.
She's much more credible in that role than actresses like Jennifer Lawrence, Carrie Fisher, Uma Thurman and most Marvel and DC superheroines actresses of today.

In fact I'd like to see a movie about a family of female cops hunting criminals ''old style'' with Sharon Stone as the grandma cop, Milla as the mother cop and Margot Robbie as the present rookie cop.
It would be feminist enough for today.

A key reason why Milla Jovovich’s career revolves around her playing an action heroine is that she’s damn good at it! (I still think she would be more credible as Black Widow than ScarJo.) Unlike Underworld’s stoic Selene, her Alice is allowed a broader range of emotions & vulnerabilities. Her former superpowers have been diminished to standard action movie protagonist levels, but it’s still utterly believable she can wreck anyone. In the the annoying instances when she does have trouble in a fight, I wasn’t sure if the movie didn’t make her foes seem formidable or whether she was just fatigued by all the previous ass-kickings she (& her stunt doubles) handed out. https://mattthecatania.wordpress.com/2017/02/02/resident-evil-has-finally-left-the-building/

I'm almost clever! https://mattthecatania.wordpress.com
