He praises Obamacare, but couldn't he just help his family?

I laugh at the comment he made at the White House saying how great Obamacare is because he has members of his family who now can be covered and he doesn't have to worry about them. Look I am happy for anyone who has health insurance, but that was a funny comment coming from someone as rich as him. Couldn't you help them Samuel L if they have some serious health issue? I understand the problems of lending family and friends large sums of money, but if you are a millionaire and we are talking about their health, I think that is a situation where your money is well spent.
