He was amazing in Elephant Man, SOTL and Nixon...but if you really/honestly
look at his career...he's been in far too many films nobody could name/remember.
He is a damned good actor, but his choice in films are not that memorable.
One can only imagine the amount of brilliant undiscovered actors and actresses out there. In reality, it really only takes the right role to launch someone into stardom.
In SOTL his performance was out of this world.
