Can't stand this smug prick
And to think I used to think he was funny on Bosom Buddies. Now he's too busy getting corona and counting his hundreds of millions in some offshore tax shelter in the Cayman Islands.

shareSo you're jealous?
Its good to air your insecurities in public...cathartic, I should imagine.
The nonsense that disliking someone indicates jealousy is idiotic.
shareRight on, liscarkat!
shareSo why mention his wealth and luxury lifestyle?
How is that relevant to not liking a person?
You're not fooling anyone...you are jealous as fuck and it sticks in your craw.
Learn to get over it.
I am jealous of him...would not mind his money or his luxury lifestyle. But it does not eat away at me and i dont dislike the guy.
He was funny in Bosom Buddies. He was funny in countless comedies. Later, he became one of America's very best dramatic actors and one of the most well-rounded performers in history.
He's also a smug prick.
But you don't know him at all!
shareIt’s ‘way beyond time for him to go away. He’s the modern Jimmy Stewart, a reliable, bland placeholder to plug into any mediocre but big-budget Hollywood “respectable” project, but about whom no one actually cares. He’s the male Meryl Streep: unaccountedly respected, but unliked. Not disliked, just unliked.
He and Sam Jackson need to go away. Also, Streep. The ship has sailed.
No argument here sir! (although I did like Stewart, particularly in Flight of the Phoenix)
I thought he much preferred Greece. I heard someone once say when you go to Antiparos, you can drive by Tom Hanks place and wave. There's s big cave on the island that's quite a tourist draw. So I thought he was referring to it, but as it turns out, he owns a luxurious mansion there. How naive I are. Oh, but you are just being jealous of a man who lived for four years in a cave on a deserted island.
shareI dont think that's Tom Hanks. I think you're describing the setting for the execrable musical "Mamma Mia!"
shareThank you for sharing your pain. We all feel sorry for you.
shareI don't get the corona thing, your implying he got it on purpose? Interesting criticism
shareWho put a stick in your A$$? Just because he made a lot of money don't get all bent out of shape.
shareThat's how the American economy works. I'd do the same thing if I had that kind of money.
I also don't mind paying taxes either. Tom's just practicing his economic due diligence as an American Capitalist.
