Spin city - episode in season 3

I've just watched season 3 of spin city and on one of the episodes (3 men and a little lady) there is a scene where Mike and Paul are fighting. I was just wondering if anyone knew if that scene was more difficult for Michael (having parkinsons)or for Richard (knowing michael had parkinsons)to do.
