shareI'm not sure Karl Malden's nose could have been fixed - it was such a formidable conk. But didn't seem to do him any harm as a lead.

shareI did not know that. It's such a distinctively big nose I just assumed it grew like that. Actually, given that boxers usually end up with flattened noses it makes me wonder how big it was to begin with.
shareNoses change as you grow older and any damage or irregularities can be more obvious.
shareMy nose has gotten more crooked as I got older. You can actually feel the cartilage inside is a different shape. Faces never stop growing.
