No longer staring in Eye In The Sky ?!?

Honestly the only thing appealing to me about that was that Helen Mirren was in it. It looks like Rickman has replaced Firth.

To be honest I expect The Secret Service is going to be big and he'll probably be tied up with promotion for it and ultimately filming the sequel, because like any comic book film, there will be one.

I see he's stil attached to it as a producer.
I'm more excited about Genius, though.Looks like an oscar baity material.

Same here, although I was more excited when Michael Fassbender was cast in it. But Colin did his Oscar baity part in The Kings Speech. I'm just interested in seeing him do more complex roles and sadly there aren't many of them in commercial films these days.

But Kidman is in yet another film with him again. I'd prefer seeing him work with another actress for a change. Where the heck is Rachel Weisz these days?

Same here ! There are a lot of actresses far more interesting than Kidman : Rachel(of course) but also Michelle Pfeiffer,Kate Winslet,Toni Collette,Madeleine Stowe,Winona Ryder,Diane Lane,Julianne Moore (would love a 2nd collaboration),Olivia Williams,...just to name a few.

I'm really tired of seeing him in yet another film with Kidman, however small part she ends up with, she's just not an interesting actress to watch. I want to see him do another film with Julianne Moore, they had great chemistry in A Single Man, their scenes together in that film was a highlight for me. Cate Blanchett is another good choice, I wonder why they never collaborated.

Genius sounds okay, my expectation has gone down somewhat since Fassbender dropped out, Jude Law seems like a poor man's everybody these days.

The one I'm really looking forward to is "A Foreign Country"/"A Colder War"(Thomas Kell series which Firth's production bought the rights), a not an Oscar baity film but with decent commercial and critical prospects if done right. Three to Kill also seems interesting but I'm not keen on Christopher McQuarrie attached as director.
