Pronounciation

I get the "Rafe" part due to numerous other threads about it here, but how about the last name?

Is his name pronounced as it would be, if it was spelled Rafe Fine? Or is the 's' pronounced, i.e. like Rafe Fines? (I have heard both) Or are both wrong?

I think it's pronounced with S as in Fines
saw a vid on youtube about him talking about his whole name
