Because he has many houses all over the world, he also travels a lot, so he needs lots of people to run things smoothly - he has bodyguards for his protection, drivers to carry him around, maids for domestic services, chefs to cook him meals, lots of assistants that do all sorts of jobs, etc...Some celebrities or billionaires even have hundreds of people employed.
