Robert De Niro subjected female employee to creepy and abusive behavior: lawsuit

Robert De Niro is being sued by a former assistant who claims he made sexually charged comments to her, was verbally abusive and assigned her "stereotypically females duties" ... a lawsuit she filed after he sued her.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Graham Chase Robinson claims she was hired by the actor in 2008 as his executive assistant. The then 25-year-old claims De Niro communicated to her in a "hostile, abusive, and intimidating manner" and referred to her as "a bitch" and "a brat." She claims De Niro referred to a female business partner as a "c***."

She also claims De Niro was often intoxicated and would lash out at her. He would also joke with her about his Viagra prescription, and would ask her to "imagine him on the toilet."

De Niro allegedly suggested Robinson could get pregnant by using sperm from a male coworker.

De Niro actually sued her first back in August, claiming she watched 55 episodes of "Friends" during a 4-day period and used the company credit card to get fancy lunches.

Robinson has other complaints in her lawsuit, alleging De Niro urinated during phone calls with her and ordered her to scratch his back and prod him awake when he was sleeping. She also says De Niro stood "idly by" when one of his friends slapped her on the butt.

Robinson is suing for gender-based harassment and back wages. De Niro is suing Robinson for $6 million, accusing her, among other things, of embezzlement.

We reached out to De Niro's rep. So far, no word back.

Sounds like there could be some dirt on her too. I hope they both receive the justice they deserve.

Innocent until proven guilty, anyone can make up a bogus claim. Neil Degrasse Tyson was cleared after several false claims.

I'm torn on this, because I have no doubt that De Niro is capable of this.

But.....

With him suing her first, I do question. I can't help it. I want to believe a victim, but if this is reactionary because of the lawsuit, it really damages cases for everyone out there who has been harassed by their employers.

Could not happen to a more deserving asshole.

We all knew the Weinstein phenomenon was not isolated. Act like good liberals in public, treat women like garbage in private. He's nothing more than a has been actor trying to find the relevancy needed to stay in the limelight, all the Political horseshit he spouts is slapping him back in the face. If he were half the man he thinks he is he would stay in obscurity where he rightly belongs.

I have no doubt that De Niro could be an asshole... but if we start suing all the ass holes or ass hole bosses in the world it'll be never ending.
Could she not have chosen not to work for him? Or could remaining in a toxic atmosphere become an opportunity?

And she stayed with him for 11 years putting up with this abuse, and would have stayed longer had he not fired her and sued her ??????

Sorry, I smell BS on this one.
