Here's an interview with The Local from 2014 where she talks about it - apparently she really liked the experience, especially how friendly people were, how much she was treated as an adult, and how the environment was less competitive and judgmental than in the U.S. She even got engaged to a Swedish man, who's interviewed as well.

She also talked about it recently on the Late Late Show with James Corden (it was on June 6, but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any clip available except for subscribers at the CBS website). I don't remember everything she said, but she mentioned how in the U.S. she felt so awkward about her height, but in Sweden where lots of people are tall, people assumed she must have been one of the most popular girls in school.
(I'm Swedish as well, but posting in English in case someone else is interested)
