Directors Want Tom Cruise In Their Movie

If you look at the filmography of Tom Cruise, not only do you see an incredible list of hit movies, but take a peek at the Directors sometime. It's every bit as impressive as the movies he's made. I'll submit that no other Actor in Hollywood has such a massively diverse and successful director collaboration list compared to Tom. He has worked with among the most celebrated and successful directors, and sometimes those two categories aren't separated from having worked with Cruise. Just as an example:

-Steven Spielberg
-Brian DePalma
-Tony Scott
-Doug Liman
-Michael Mann
-Paul Thomas Anderson
-Cameron Crowe
-Oliver Stone
-Martin Scorcese
-Francis Ford Coppola
-Rob Reiner
...and he's practically made a star out of his collaboration with Christopher McQuarrie.

I don't think it can be denied, all these big time directors have sought Tom Cruise to star in at least one of their movies, it's not the other way around. The list is just too impressive and diverse to come to any other conclusion. I think it's because Cruise has proven to be a money maker, and amongst the most professional Actors in the industry.
