Honestly he doesn't look a day over 40. That's a 14 year age difference. He looks the same age as some guys I know in their thirties. He obviously stays in shape which makes a big difference, but what else is Cruise doing that makes such a huge difference?

shareStaying away from drugs makes a huge difference. Drugs may give momentery pleasure but they age a person and make them look like cadaver just look no further than Angelina Jolie-pitt for example. She looks like 40 going on 70😂
shareIt is his life long devotion to eating right, exercising, and staying away from any drugs. Plus, genetically he has "boyish looks."
And waking up each day with 100's of millions in the bank helps him remain optimistic.

Dude was looking 35 for the last fifteen years until about 2011ish, he looks great, even with some help. His looks are a part of his image, I don't fault him for going under the knife a little.
He takes care of himself. Maybe a few judicious plastic surgery procedures.
He was also lucky that his face held on to baby fat for a long time giving him a youthful appearance. When he finally did lose that fat, he was lucky enough to have good bone structure underneath it all.
I wouldn't be surprised if it is a little plastic surgery. But forgive me as I don't live in a place like LA/California where a lot of people get it, so admittedly I'm not knowledgeable such matters but doesnt plastic surgery generally make you look worse where as Cruise looks a lot better? All the actors/actresses I know that have had work done look horrible even in small doses, the changes they make are either to dramatic or don't fit their facial structure. Cruise either has the best plastic surgery in the world, or maybe just a couple touch ups because his face does not scream "plastic surgery" to me. He looks good, really good for his age, but it's a natural good, he doesn't look unnatural.
