What happened with the "no-nudity" clause?

I guess we all have a price label on our heads, don't we?

I remember reading an interview she did long ago where she mentioned not having a problem doing nudity as long as it was for artistic reasons and not shock value or for money. Apparently the clause got lifted when she did When Will I Be Loved.
