I'm hoping she guests stars on the show it would be interesting see her for one episode or at least have a cameo.

I am pretty sure that I am in the minority on this one but I myself would love to also see Neve Campbell be on Season 3 of the show but as a New Character who also in the end turns out to be the Killer for the season.
