I would actually say Titanic is his worst. But Avatar isn't my favorite either.

How is Titanic his worst? I'd love to hear people elaborate on that. I seriously never understood the dislike for this film.

One of the best directors ever. Too bad his cheesy dialogue gets in the way of his great ideas. I still cringe at the thumbs up at the end the second Terminator.

Why can't you wretched prey creatures understand that the Universe doesn't owe you anything!?

All of the dialogue in T2 was out of touch and lame. That being said, the dialogue had nothing on that thumbs up. Did you like the thumbs up?

It's as good as I expected with a film about a Killer Robot, Delinquent Kid & Psychotic chick...same as the dialogue: Termy was terse, Johnny was whiny & Sarah was either world weary or out of her gourd.

Cheesy dialogue? You mean, how people naturally speak in the situations he puts them in?? Can you give me better dialogue for every scene, shot, angle, etc? You can't change the way anything is shot or lit.
