Named himself after Luke Cage

Nick, in an effort to make it on his own merits, changed his surname from Coppola to Cage. This is fairly common knowledge.

I got to thinking the other day, why Cage? He must have chosen it for a reason. The internet had the answer readily available.

Apparently, he really liked comic book hero Luke Cage, and decided to name himself after him. I thought that was interesting, and maybe not everybody knows it.
