Nicolas Cage have repeatedly reached out to Michael Bay pitching ideas for TR2, however they have never materialized. Nicolas Cage feels a sequel would revitalize Michael Bays career and once again spinning the director of Pearl Harbor into the spotlight. Cage is looking at a $ 300 million shooting budget with a $25 million paycheck & 35% gross payback deal.

Con Air II - Cameron Poe returns in some other Die Hardesque action scenario based in the air (but not a prison plane..maybe a passenger plane like Passenger 57 with Cameron Poe as an air marshal. the head hijacker would be played by Oscar Issac). directed by John McTiernan
Face/Off: Reloaded - Sean Archer (Travolta) is about to retire but..get this.. Castor Troy isn't dead! after the finale of the first movie he was in a near death coma for 2years before being placed in a high security cryofreeze prison for past 20years..he finally gets released to a less secure prison and immediately breaks out.. and guess what..he wants revenge on Archer! directed by John Woo

Con Air II & III will be short back to back with part III set in space. John Cusack is set to return being reunited with Nicolas Cage for the first time since The Frozen Ground (2013) Con Air II will also feature the chocolate stealing terrorist from Die Hard, Al Leong & Argyle, the talented De'voreaux White. A nod to the actioneers of the late 80s & early 90s!
Face/Off: Reloaded. Plot / early draft : Sean Archer is on vacation in Bulgaria with wife and children unaware that Castor Troy, having just woke up from a coma tracks Archer there and kidnaps his daughter & adoptive son as payback for Pollux Troy.
Its a race against time to put Troy down for good.
