Pierce's Bond was accept back when he was playing 007, but in the era of Craig's toned down, dark, hard edge Bond, Bronsan's interpenetration of Bond has taken a hit. I always enjoyed him as Bond, not the best by any means, but portrayed Bond in an acceptable manner.
He was just saddled with some awful writing and awful Bond movies after Goldeneye (Martin Campbell).
Yeah, he made a great Bond. Movies were OK I thought. Die Another Day did reach Moore era levels of campiness, though.
shareBrosnan is my favourite Bond and GoldenEye my favourite Bond movie. TND and TWINE are not awful, but definitely inferior. DAD sucks balls.
Always disliked Craig and his movies and it seems more and more people are done with him as well.
He was getting better. In his last movie, Die Another Day he was ok. That's what I thought back then and Craig has nothing to do with it. Craig just nailed it right from the beginning in Casino Royale.
