Is he fully English?

Is he fully English or is he part Indian or something?Something. He is 1/16th cactus.

I don’t know his family tree, nor can I find any photos of his parents, but his Wikipedia page doesn’t seem to indicate any recent ancestry other than British (his parents have thoroughly British names).
