No, The Kennedys did not have Marlyn killed...

Don't accept on face value carefully placed stories (which even liberal historians have taken the bait on and run with) that JFK and RFK planned the Ngo brothers' murders and the failed Castro assassination plots.

Or Marilyn's death (although there's little doubt of the affair).

It's a scam. It's intended to conivince us that the Kennedys "got what they deserve" via blowback/rough-justice/bad-karma. So we'll care less about what happened to Jack and Bobby and ask fewer questions about why and by whom.

The media has accepted that as fact. Don't make the same error.

(Even Ted's Chappaquidick situation is stranger than it appears on the surface).

It is true that several of JFK's girlfriends were knocked-off, including Mary Pinchot Meyer in 1964 -- a year after Kennedy's assassination, and the Kennedy family wasn't the culprit... Meyer's husband was, in fact, CIA operative cord Meyer who later said, prior to his own death, that his wife had been murdered "by the same bastards that killed President Kennedy" (meaning, apparently, his own agency).

The same is likely true with Marilyn.

Unfortunately, however, it's much too easy to frame the famous people. It makes for a sexier story to the tabloids and public at large. And helps paint the victims of assassination as if they were themselvs assassins.

Once again, that's to make us care less what happened, and to ask fewer questions.

Yes, always look at who benefits. Even Jack Ruby said "ask the man in office now" in reply to a question about the assassination of JFK. Its on filmed news footage and is undeniable.

20th Century Fox benefitted monetarily at a time when they really needed the money via a fat insurance policy. They had clearly just done a smear campaign on Marilyn too, to make her behave.

Greenson worked for Fox surreptitiously and he also benefited in that he was about to be out of a job with Marilyn.

Apparently, and I can't remember the source now, Marilyn was livid about finding out that Greenson was working with Fox behind her back. I would have fired his arse for that too.

But with all Marilyn's connections, are we really to think the Zanucks did her in??

I don't know, but if it wasn't the ordinary thing of misuse of prescription drugs, Fox did benefit. Who benefitted from 9/11 (and what a great code or "handle" for an important event/day - "what day do we blow stuff up?"). An American handle.

Then again, the Royal Family benefitted from Princess Diana dying when she did, I don't think an Egyptian half-brother to the heir would have thrilled them. Rumour has it British agencies had a hand in it, off their own backs, without the royal family actually asking for "something to be done". I did fear for Diana when I saw her flaunting her relationship with Dodi a week before she died, a shiver went down my spine.

"End of discussion"??

You have that authority and judgement, beverlee?

You don't seem to realize that the most famous person isn't always the guilty one.

Learn something about the case other than gossip designed to make the Kennedys look like they "deserved" to be assassinated.
