I think the cancel culture backlash will soon be upon us. How people can pretend to be offended by a 1939 Judy Garland film is beyond me.

Cancelling all these offensive movies will end racism, promote brotherhood, end world hunger, fix climate change, and make our shit smell like roses in a spring rain.

This is a funny troll... hoping it's troll?

There was a time when that would have seemed obvious I suppose. If someone told you ten years ago that there be a day when elected representatives called for defunding police without backlash from their own party, no one would believe it. Yet here we are.

That's why The Onion satire news site isn't funny anymore. You can't make up stuff any more bizarre than today's reality.

I can't wait for the cancel culture backlash. The sooner the better. Bring it on!

It should be noted and understood that these people were under contract and had NO SAY in the roles they were assigned.

In her private life, Judy was very welcoming in promoting Black talent, as witness her TV Show, Circa '63 and '64.

As for "Black face," I've never understood the art form, but never found it offensive. It was simply an old-time style of performing, and wasn't meant to denigrate.

But Snowflakes of today are always looking for something to be offended by.

It's better to examine the past and see what lessons we can learn, instead of sweeping it under the carpet.

One of the best lessons to be learned from the past is not to let our heads explode over silly crap like blackface. Pull the stick out and relax.

Don't forget, Rooney played a nutty Japanese guy in "Breakfast at Tiffany's". Light your torches and grab your pitchforks!
