Liz Taylor's Diamonds

Let me say this first, I like Doris Day movies. I wish more like them were made today!

But after reading about her on IMDB, I think she is a pretty rotten person.

She has been married multiple times, homewrecker, immoral, and I think it is even sad how she commented on how many animals could be saved by the diamonds on Liz Taylor's neck. How about how many children could be saved, how many hungry people could be saved??? Children and people are FAR more important than animals. (Don't get me wrong, I like animals too)

I am disappointed in her.

Your sentiment is sincere I'm sure. However; if everyone only thought of other humans, no one would think of innocent animals at all. Therefore people have to care about what they care about. I believe people that care about animals are truly genuine people. Humans that loves animals that much are deeply sentimental people. Animals love us back, unconditionally, whether we are rich or we are poor. There will never be another Doris Day, unfortunately when they made her they broke the mold. Doris Day is a beautiful person, inside and out.

There are many charities for humans. Doris, a lover of animals, recognized the need for somebody to give a voice to the voiceless! And by the way, she has never been a home wrecker or immoral. Where on earth do people get this stuff?

I think Doris in her prime was the most beautiful, sexy, talented and wholesome performer of all time. However there is a rumor that in her band singing days that she was highly promiscuous and was easy to bed.Any way I don't care, to me she will always be the girl next door that I fell in love with to this day.

She was never promiscuous. You must have gotten that information from David Bret's trashy book, published in England, about Doris. This book was filled with inaccuracies. If you want accurate information, check out her own bio entitled "Doris Day, Her Own Story," or David Kaufman's excellent bio entitled "the Untold Story of the Girl Next Door."

You would probably be disappointed if your Big Mac was less than perfect.
