Wow

___Doris had one of the best bodies in Hollywood, especially after her implants. One incident stands out in my mind after all these years. She slowly walked up for either an award or to present one. She had a very jersey type, clingy long dress on - and she was a smashing knockout. I do respect the lady, but what an incredible backside. I'm sure half of the male audiance would have gladly rushed that stage,

I agree. She was gorgeous and radiated warmth. Love that about her.

That's why Bob Hope used to call her J.B. Stands for "Jut-Butt!" He used to joke with her that they could play a game of cards on that butt of hers. She was well aware of it too.

She weighed 122lbs when she was 17, gained only 12lbs with her pregnancy, and had resumed weighing 122lbs well into her 50's. Talk about an amazing body and quite fit and perky. Incredible. She also never seemed to age...

I've always thought that Doris had a dynamite body along with being a very pretty lady.

IMHO, it was best shown in Pillow Talk in the scene in the night club when Doris (in a perfectly fitted white dress) is dancing with Nick Adams, and Rock Hudson first notices her backside. Classic scene, and daring for its time.

Well she had studied dancing also hasn't she?
