I think most casual observers think he simply injected himself and did himself in !

But if it wasn't for that final fatal injection by Cathy Smith ! Who knows how things might have turned out for him !

This is the correct answer. If someone else hadn't helped him overdose, he would have done it himself. If not that night, then the next, or the one after that.

Belushi crashed out , he was then injected with the lethal speedball that killed him !

Tell ya what , let me come round to yours , we party hard , you pass out , fall asleep and I will inject you with a speedball , if you wake up in the morning its all good , if not .. Then I'm up on a murder charge !

Fuck even Cathy smith at the time said , I killed John Belushi !
