shareNo, it isn't. Deadpool 2 is being written by Drew Goddard, who also wrote The Martian, Cabin In The Woods & World War Z, to name a few projects. The first Deadpool was written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.
shareI don't understand studios..if the first movie was such a success wouldnt u want to have the same writers and maybe same director, I know the director isn't on board because of some disagreements but surely they should get the same writers, none of those movie u mentioned was even had good comedy hopefully this does not have lame jokes on scary movie series..well after part 3 of the scary movie series
shareI'm sorry, my info was wrong. I only saw Drew Goddard working on the script on the IMDB page, but looking further down it says that Reese and Wernick are in fact working on the screeplay.
